We used our one pack up bloody fast, they held together well and we didn’t have any accidents. We are still asking the question of are they actually degradable or are they just made to look like it. At least they are made from good stuff.

It turns out they are not biodegradable at all 🙁

Kit and Kin – Baby wipes

These are actually great! They hold together well when you wipe (VERY IMPORTANT) and they have a great texture that is soft and gentle on our little ones skin. However, one of the most important features, they are easy to get one out of the pack single handed, without dragging up a big clump of 30 at a time!! They are also fully degradable but we don’t recommend flushing them down the loo.

Beaming Baby – Baby wipes

Beaming baby wipes

£4.39 gets you 72 wipes

What they say: These Award Winning Organic Baby Wipes are Guaranteed to Soothe and Heal Nappy Rash.

Time to breakdown down: Unsure

What we say: They sound pretty good for baby but seem to oversell themselves a bit – did you know they’ve won an award…. zzz

Enough with the marketing already! they bombard you with post and emails and continuous offers. As for the wipes… they are not great, they stick together so when you try to get one out, you end up pulling 20 at a time and then have to stuff them back in. Which is of course no good for next time when baby is crying and mess is going everywhere.

Mum and You -100% Biodegradable Baby Wipes

Mum and You Baby Wipes

£17.59 gets you 12 packs of 56 wipes

Time to breakdown down: 4-6 weeks to degrade

What they say: Fewer ingredients and more water (we’ve only put in the absolute essentials!)

What we say: WOW – they breakdown in such a short amount of time.

Wrap up..

Bio-Degradable baby wipes seem to be pretty hard to find but out there, but thanks to these guys we can feel a little bit better about using them. We have to say Mum and You seem to be the best at the moment, but lets hope they don’t fall apart mid use! We are testing them out over the next few months so watch this space.

Have we missed anyone out??? drop us a line in the comment section below. We love hearing from you!
